Leo Prothmann x SmartDPP

A new kind of fashion storytelling lands in London. Live at the APOC STORE from 18 July – appointment only

When APOC STORE first launched in 2020, it wasn’t trying to be just another online fashion platform. It was a quiet rebellion — a space for designers to build community, challenge norms, and experiment beyond the seasonality of fashion. Fast forward four years, and it’s now opening its first physical location in London, bringing 80+ designers into rotation, IRL.

Among them is Leo Prothmann — the Berlin-based label known for its sculptural silhouettes, nature-inspired motifs, and emotionally intelligent tailoring. For the store opening, LP is bringing a curated selection from its SS25 and AW25 collections, along with a surprise or two from the archive. And this time, each piece comes with a digital soul.

In collaboration with SmartDPP, every item from Leo Prothmann will feature a scannable QR tag that unlocks a digital product passport — offering access to the story behind the material, colour options, care instructions, craftsmanship, and environmental footprint. It's not just about transparency. It’s about deepening the connection between maker, material, and wearer.

Because when you hold something made with care — you want to know more. Where did it come from? Who shaped it? How was it made? Why does it feel like this on your body?

SmartDPP brings those answers into your hands, no download required.

What you’ll find in-store:
Launching on 18 July, visitors will be able to explore a wide edit of Leo Prothmann’s newest collection — including:

  • AW25 Shell Bombers in black and olive

  • AW25 Shell Boleros in black and coffee

  • AW25 Hoodies and Joggers in black and grey

  • SS25 Atnes Maxi Coutch in toffee and olive

  • SS25 Izzi Tops and Atnes Skirts in their signature earthy tones

  • And a delightful touch of LP Home: aprons and oven gloves, just because.

Each one, embedded with its own scannable story.

Why it matters:
Fashion isn’t just fabric. It’s intention.
By integrating SmartDPP technology into this exclusive launch, Leo Prothmann and APOC STORE are offering a glimpse into what the future of responsible, creative fashion can look like — where beauty meets traceability, and where storytelling doesn’t end at the label.
